| According to a report by consultants Atisreal BNP Parias Real Estate, in the last tax year there was a reduction in the contracting of logistics spaces owing to a drop in consumption. In fact, turnover in this sector fell 6% compared to the previous year, following numerous years of annual growth of close to 10%. |
