1995 - Under the auspices of the Fornesa Group, the public limited company FR SERVICIOS LOGISTICOS S.A. (FR) is created, a company that operates in the integral logistics and distributions sector.  Its first warehouses are situated in Parets to Vallés (Barcelona) and in the city of Barcelona.

2000 - An operational collaboration is initiated with the transport company LOG-DIST, SL (LD), a company created in 1991 by a group of professionals in the sector.           

2003 - In view of the good results obtained in the established collaboration, a deeper integration of the business structures of FR and LD is agreed, taking across the shareholders of both participating public limited companies.  Both companies maintain their separate and independent corporate and economic structure but activity is divided in the following way:

• FR takes on the storage, handling and warehouse control division
• LD is responsible for transport, both haulage and distribution
    
2006 - The operational bases are concentrated in Hostalric (Girona) where a modern warehouse of 26,000 square metres is constructed and equipped with leading technology, as well as two warehouses in Gualba.
